Back US Shipping All packages shipped within the US will be free shipping. If ordering DOM tubing extra shipping charges may apply to residents residing in the states of Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us before ordering. Canada Shipping For all Canada orders customers will have a flat rate of $43.95 if the package weight does not exceed 20 lbs. If the package weight does exceed the 20 lb. limit there will be additional charges. For all customers residing in Canada our flat rate does not apply to any orders with DOM tubing. Please contact us for a shipping quote for DOM tubing orders. All Canada orders will be shipped USPS mail. Over Seas International Shipping For all over seas international orders customers will have a flat rate of $62.95 if the package weight does not exceed 20 lbs. If the package weight does exceed the 20 lb. limit there will be additional charges. For all customers residing over seas our flat rate does not apply to any orders with DOM tubing. Return Policy As of 8/15/2010 QS Components will not be held responsible for any customers misplaced orders either thru our website, eBay, phone or in house. Refunds will ONLY be given on Non-Delivered, Defective Items or if Product is not as Described. Upgrades can be done on in house items ONLY with the customer paying the shipping fees. There will be NO REFUNDS for special ordered items. All items MUST be unused & returned in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds & upgrades will NOT be given until all parts are returned & inspected by QS Components.
